Oxford Analytica’s Market-led Measures Not Enough to Solve Subprime Fallout was easily the most popular post on Research Recap during the latest week, demonstrating the continuing interest in the ramifications of the subprime crisis. Likewise, in second place was the International Monetary Fund’s working paper Role of Hedge Funds in Subprime Crisis Examined, which has featured in the top five posts for three straight weeks.
However, there are hot topics other than subprime. In third place was Are Slow Drug Approvals Curbing Stock Price Boosts?, featuring data analyzed by Sagient Research. And in the fourth spot Internet Ad Spending to Overtake TV in Sweden, UK cited research from media buyer groupe m.
It was back to subprime fallout for the fifth most popular post, Standard & Poor’s US Economy May Escape Recession in 2008. The “R” word is on everyone’s lips these days as evidenced by this week’s Research Roundup: US Recession Now Approaching?
